Library Card
Permanent Residents
The following persons are entitled to a free library card:
Residents of the City of Freeman: Any person permanently residing within the corporate limits of the City of Freeman.
Patrons who work in Freeman: Any person and their family, who works in Freeman and can show employment, can receive a library card.
Patrons who reside in Hutchinson County: Any person and their family, who resides within Hutchinson County.
Non-Residents
Any person who does not fit into one of the above categories must pay an annual non-refundable non-resident fee to obtain a library card.
Each non-resident library card shall expire one year after the issuance date.
The non-resident card rate is determined by the Freeman Public Library Board of Trustees.
