Library Card
Permanent Residents
The following persons are entitled to a free library card:
Residents of the City of Freeman: Any individual aged 18 or older who is a permanent resident within the corporate limits of the City of Freeman.
Patrons who work in Freeman: Any individual aged 18 or older, along with their family, who works in Freeman and can provide proof of employment, is eligible for a library card.
Patrons who reside in Hutchinson County: Any individual aged 18 or older, along with their family, who resides within Hutchinson County.
Non-Residents
Any individual aged 18 or older, along with their family, who does not qualify under the above categories must pay a non-refundable, annual non-resident fee to obtain a library card. Each non-resident card will expire one year from the date of issuance.
The non-resident fee is set by the Freeman Public Library Board of Trustees.
